Cancellation Policy:

· Any Booking Change/Cancellation is not allowed within 2 Hrs from the Departure, irrespective of the product booked. 

· We should receive the request at least 4 hours proir to airline fare rules policy. 

· Apart from airline charges, GST applicable charges if any, will be charged.

· For domestic bookings, passengers are required to submit the cancellation or reissue request at least 2 hours before the airlines cancellation and reissue policy.

· For international bookings, passengers are required to submit the cancellation or reissue request at least 4 hours before the airlines cancellation and reissue policy.

Refund Policy

For Flight Tickets;

· As per Airline policy cancellation charges will apply + Rs 200 Service Charge

For Tour Packages; 

· Before 15 days of travel - 80% refund will be processed for Tour package (excluding flight charges)

· 15 to 07 days before travel - 25% refund will be processed

· before 30 days of travel - 100% refund will be processed

· Refund source: To Bank Account

· Refund initiation time: 4 Days
